Commenda Technologies, Inc. dba Commenda ("Company" or "We") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit https://www.commenda.io/ or https://www.getlaunch.us (our "Websites") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Business Services” are services provided by Commenda to entities (“Business Users”).This policy applies to information we collect:

Children Under the Age of 13

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

Commenda's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

As one might potentially utilize the Google OAuth service for authentication, we wish to provide a concise elucidation regarding the processing, storage, and utilization of Google-related data within our system.

In what manner does this application interact with, utilize, retain, or divulge user data obtained from Google services?

The sole user data acquired pertains to the user's name, email address, and profile picture. In the event that a user chooses to integrate their Google Calendar subsequent to initial registration, we shall request them to re-authenticate, thereby conferring the requisite access permissions. Subsequently, this information is securely stored within our database. The utilization of these particulars is strictly limited to the presentation of user information upon login. Furthermore, the calendar access privileges are exclusively employed to incorporate significant compliance-related deadlines into the user's calendar, contingent upon explicit permissions granted by the user during our application's workflow. It is imperative to underscore that none of this data is shared with any external entities and is maintained in a highly secure manner to the best of our knowledge and capabilities.

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Websites, including information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, and telephone number ("personal information");
  • Information regarding your company such as the company name, email addresses associated with the company, and any information we may need to incorporate your company using our Launch product.
  • About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Websites, and usagedetails.

We collect this information

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the Websites. Information collected automaticallymay include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, and other tracking technologies.

From third parties, for example, our business partners. In order to login or to use certain features of our service, you may be required to connect certain third-party integrations
with your Commenda account, which may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to the service. For example, you may be required to login using Google
or Microsoft. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain data or features to the service with us, such as access to your Google
Calendar or Microsoft Calendar. Through the use of the service, you will have the ability (or we will automatically suggest as part of the service) to create or change your
integrated calendars, assign tasks, and update individual calendar events. As such, the data shared with us will depend on your setting and the information you have included in
your calendars, which may include personal information such as your name, email, access tokens, and other information related to your account with the third party service
such as email addresses included in your calendars events, or any information or included in your calendar notes or documents that have been attached (“User Content”). Note we are not responsible for the practices of third-party integrations, so please carefully review the permissions you grant to third-party applications.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our Websites may include:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Websites. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the services we provide on our Websites. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Websites.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence including email addresses, if you contact us.
  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • If you pay for our services on the Websites, we may collect payment information, including credit or debit card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address.

Please note we collect and process all financial information, such as credit card numbers, through third-party payment processing providers including PayPal.   • For Business Services. We use and share personal data of representatives with Business Users to provide the Business Services you (or the Business User you are associated with) have requested. In some cases, our Business Service will require us to submit your personal data to a government entity (e.g. incorporating a business). We may use your personal data to file taxes on behalf of your associated Business User. For our Launch business incorporation services, we may use your personal data to submit forms to theIRS on your behalf and to file documents with other governmental authorities (e.g. articles of incorporation in your state of incorporation).
  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us.
  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.
  • To provide you with notices about your account.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered intobetween you and us, including for billing and collection.
  • To notify you about changes to our Websites or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Websites.
  • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's Websites.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data, including encryption and secure server protocols. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may send us an email at support@commenda.io to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Websites, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Websites users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Websites, including User Contributions, is governed by the terms of use of each of the Websites.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers.
