  1. Visit the BizFile+ website: Go to the official BizFile+ portal. Click here.

  2. Log in with your SingPass: Click the "Login" button and sign in using your SingPass ID and password. If you're a foreign user without a SingPass, create a BizFile+ user account. 

  3. Complete the registration form: Fill out the necessary information, including your business name, type, and address. 

  4. Select your business activities: Specify the primary and secondary activities of your business. 

  5. Submit supporting documents: Upload any required documents, such as your company's constitution or identification documents for key personnel. 

  6. Pay the registration fee: Use a credit card, debit card, or PayPal to pay the registration fee. 

  7. Review and submit: Double-check your application for accuracy, then submit it for review by ACRA. 

  8. Receive confirmation: Once your registration is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Unique Entity Number (UEN) and a Business Profile extract. After completing the registration process on BizFile+, you can access the portal's features and manage your business's compliance obligations from one dashboard.

How do I check my ACRA business profile? 

To access business information on ACRA's official website, follow these steps: Visit the ACRA website: 

  1. Go to the ACRA website

  2. Click on "Find Information"

  3. Enter the business name or registration number in the search bar. 

  4. Browse through the search results to find the desired business. 

  5. Click on the business name to view its profile.
